Are you a real estate agency or brokerage?
No. Mescarealtors is a due-diligence research service for tax-deed and trustee-sale buyers. We compile public-record research into reports — we don't broker deals, show homes, or represent buyers or sellers.
Why does it cost this much?
Because doing it yourself from out of state typically runs $1,600–$2,100 (Fact), $4,000–$5,500 (Complete with travel), or $6,500–$11,000+ (Expert with consultants) — in time, fees, and flights. We deliver faster, catch what DIY misses, and still cost less than the alternative. One bad bid can cost $50,000. The report is insurance.
What's the difference between Fact, Complete, and Expert View?
